Wine On Route 2025

Join us for a scenic wine hike at Van Gaalen Cheese Farm on August 9th & 10th, 2025. A 4km trail walk along the picturesque Skeerpoort River and Magalies River will be punctuated by stops at our wine estates every 500m. You'll receive a goodie bag upon arrival, complete with wine glass, trail day permit, water, snack, pen and information on the wine. Further enjoy a cheese pairing at some of the estates with our locally made cheese. Halfway point offers a light snack, and at the finish, more wine and delicious food will be for sale, along with live music. Please check batch start times to avoid long queues.
