Shorts & Shades Family Fun & Braai Day North is a colorful family-friendly outdoor celebration at 26 on Pierre, Ruimsig (Roodepoort) on April 27, 2026. Join us from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a day of awesome crazy fun featuring rotating DJs, magic shows, puppets, dancers, stilt walkers, face painting, art workshops and family competitions. Bring your camp chair, gazebo, umbrella, picnic blankets, picnic baskets and braai stands. Cooler boxes are allowed (Cans Only) with fees (small R80, big R100). Tickets are limited and available in-store at Shoprite, Checkers, Usave, House & Home and online at Computicket. Free and safe parking is provided on site. Weapons, drugs and pets are not permitted. Come create colorful memories with family and friends!
