Roc'W'Rug is an New Year's Eve main evented music festival that aim at ending the year on high note and it feature best of local, provincial, national and international stars on two separate dates them being 16th December between 10:00-06:00 though it's divided into two sessions first featuring kiddies activities plus live performance during the day and from 18:00 till the next morning it's straight up groove, last and main event is on the 31 December between 18:00-06:00 both ending in the morning after the host dates
