Mmarona Ke Doek - #Gospel Experience Picnic

Mmarona Ke Doek - Gospel Experience Picnic is a faith-based cultural celebration that promotes unity, self-care and spiritual upliftment through gospel music and fellowship. Held at Bedrock Valley, Pretoria on 5 December 2026 and hosted by Mfana Se Khaya, the event combines an afternoon picnic and family-friendly activities with an evening live gospel program and overnight campsite. Women (Mmarona) are encouraged to wear fashionable Doeks (headwraps) while men (Moholo) are asked to dress smartly with ties. The day features relaxation, music, food and drinks on site, with 100 free Doeks for the first 100 ladies and two free buses awarded to the location that buys the most tickets. Tickets start from R100 and are available at Shoprite and Computicket. This inclusive, interdenominational gathering welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds for a joyful, uplifting cultural experience.
