7 February 2026: Journey to the stars (Eng)

Journey to the Stars features extraordinary images from telescopes and stunning scientific visualizations. The show launches visitors through space and time to experience the life and death of the stars, including our own Sun. The show was produced by the American Museum of Natural History and is narrated by Whoopi Goldberg. Hosted by the University of the Free State, the event takes place at the Naval Hill Planetarium. Parking is available on site and the venue is equipped with disabled facilities such as a ramp, special toilet facilities and parking. Please note that weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, cameras, recording equipment are prohibited. However, blankets and cushions are allowed.
